Display: two mock front pages from newspapers. The Edmonton Journal: has credibility, leaves no doubt about truth of reports. The Enquirer: works on basis of doubt, like Radcliffe -- you decide about truth.

Students wrote short (approx. 500 word) reports on their own participation in the project work. Several of these are provided here. In order to preserve confidentiality, when names are mentioned, I have in the best Gothic tradition inserted fictitious initials, e.g., R---. Several references are made to the Hypertext or to TACT, computer programs available in two labs on campus: both are configured specifically for work in Romantic and Gothic literature.
